If this were the case we'd have more jobs than we can handle because the
multinationals would locate all their operations here in the U.S. because of
the cheap labor. But the opposite has happened. Our labor has become more
expensive, and thus companies locate in other countries.

The solution is more government spending. This will reduce the value of the
dollar against other currencies and cause companies to relocate their
workforces here.
