In spite of vile attacks from the Liberal Democrats, Conservatives and
Republicans are rallying around Sarah Palin.

Campaign donations are flooding in and workers are volunteering faster than
they can be put to work. The attacks on

Sarah Palin are now being fought from the top of the campaign to the
smallest neighborhood in America.

Pundits are comparing Barack Obama's experience, history, pastors, morals,
family ... to those of Sarah Palin.

Obama comes up wanting in each and every category. EVERYBODY wants to hear
what she has to say. Palin may be the most popular vice president since
"Give em hell" Harry Truman. Sarah is a devoted wife and mother who's
priorities are God, Family and Country! She is the common sense alternative
to boring politicians. One look at her and you know she worked for
everything she has...no "equal opportunity" special favoritism here!

Her perkiness is refreshing, her beauty stunning, her laughter contagious,
her spirit comforting. She is pro life, pro family and a living witness for
Christ in everything she says and does.

Wanting more talking from Sarah as every interview she gives, Obama
goes up a point or two

Yes, because she blathers on and proves just how moronic McCain's
choice of her is

Her perkiness is refreshing,
I want perkiness in a cocktail waitress or a Hooters girl, not in my

You have strange ideas of what constitutes "rallying"...

"Only Palin can save McCain, her party and the country she
loves. She can bow out for personal reasons, perhaps
because she wants to spend more time with her newborn.
No one would criticize a mother who puts her family first.
Do it for your country." -- Kathleen Parker, writing at
townhall.com

"If Sarah Palin being one heartbeat away doesn't scare
the hell out of you, it should. -- Jack Cafferty, on "The
Situation Room"

"Mitt’s still available. Someone in Washington who can
actually run a business and knows something about
the economy will come in handy once the federal
government owns the U.S. banking system."
-- Kathryn Lopez writing for the National Review

There's more, but you get the idea. And these are Republican
commentators.

OK, let's review what Ms. Mooseburger has accomplished in the last
three weeks...

She had the disastrous interview with Charlie Gibson, which her
supporters chalked up to Gibson's libberul bias, as I recall. But
since then, Ms. Mooseburger had an equally disastrous interview with
Sean Hannity. You know Sean? He wrote a book about "evil" and
"libberulism", so he can hardly be accused of libberul bias. And then
she had an absolute trainwreck of an interview with Katie Couric. I
mean, Caribou Barbie made Couric look like Edward R. Murrow, for
pete's sake.

Now we hear that senior McCain people are more than a little concerned
about Bible Spice. The campaign held a mock debate and a mock press
conference to prep her for campaigning for national office. They were
disasters. Ms. ooseburger’s performance in the mock debate was so bad
that they cut it short in the middle and didn’t even bother to
continue. No wonder the McCain campaign is manuevering to postpone or
utright cancel the VP debate!

Either we are going to be treated to a cringe-worthy, watching-between-
your-fingers debate debacle, or there’s going to be some kind of
"family emergency" that will require Bible Spice’s immediate attention
just before the debate.

There's way more to being the Vice President than Caribou Barbie
originally thought when she asked, “What exactly is it that the VP
does every day", isn't there?

"Stand up, Chuck. Stand up! Oh, my God - God luv ya! Everyone stand up
for Chuck!"

"Actually, Hillary might have been a better VP pick!"

There are some ideas so wrong that only a very intelligent person
could believe in them. - George Orwell

Different newsgroups - same outcome.
