Why didn't bamby give authorization from the beginning when the Navy got
involved to kill these pirates once an opportunity presented itself?
Why did bamby wait for several days holding the Navy at bay?
And why does the NYT bury this fact deep in the story, knowing full well a
majority of readers either glance through the headlines and/or read the
first few paragraphs?
