Afganistan was not governed by a fellow quasi-communist socialist as Iraq
was. Therefore it was OK to invade.
2.
The current Rules of Engagement [1] that are primarily responsible for the
high casualty list were created by a fellow quasi-communist socialist.
Therefore there are above all criticism.
